Remote bookkeeping · Canada-wide
Bookkeeping for rural and northern communities
When local bookkeeping options are limited or far away, remote service can help. Averon Accounting is based in Abbotsford, BC and works with small businesses and nonprofits online across Canada. We don't have local offices in the communities below — we serve them remotely.
Tell us about your organization and workload. We'll personally review your answers and respond within one business day with next steps.
What's included
How you work with us
Everything happens online — the free assessment, a video or phone call by appointment, and a private client portal. You never need to visit an office.
QuickBooks or Xero access
During onboarding you invite us as your accountant user. You keep ownership of your file and never share your password.
Secure documents and receipts
After you consent, statements and receipts are uploaded through the portal. Photos from a phone are fine.
Catch-up and monthly reconciliations
If you're behind, we review your records and quote the catch-up separately. Then every bank and card account is reconciled monthly.
Reports for owners and boards
Income statement and balance sheet by the 15th of the following month when records arrive on time. Nonprofits can get program and fund reports for board meetings.
Across Canadian time zones
Calls are booked by appointment in your local time zone, Atlantic to Pacific and the North. Email and portal messages get a reply within one business day.
Quoted separately: catch-up work, monthly GST/PST on smaller plans, weekly payroll, more than three accounts, extra entities and payroll on Starter. See pricing.
Northern BC communities
Remote service
How remote bookkeeping works — rural, northern and city clients alike
Averon Accounting is based in Abbotsford, BC and serves clients online across Canada. We only have an office in Abbotsford. Everything below works from anywhere with an internet connection.
Remote onboarding
A short free assessment, a personal review and a video call by appointment. No office visit needed.
Secure document uploads
Statements and records go through your private client portal after you consent — never by plain email.
Receipt collection
Snap receipts on your phone and upload them, or forward bills. We match them to transactions in your books.
Catch-up bookkeeping
Months or years behind? We review your records first and quote catch-up work separately, before any monthly plan.
Monthly reporting
