We want everyone to be able to use our website and client area, including people who use screen readers, keyboards or magnification.
What we do
- Aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
- Use readable text sizes, clear labels on form fields and large tap targets on phones.
- Support keyboard navigation and descriptive link text.
- Offer phone, text and email as alternatives to online forms.
Known limits
Some uploaded documents and generated PDFs may not be fully accessible. Tell us and we'll provide the information another way.
