Secure document handling

Send your paperwork inside your private client area — not by email. Here is what to send, what never to send, and who can see it.

Where to upload

Sign in to your client area and use the upload box. Our website forms and email are only for contact details — please don't attach statements or tax documents to them.

Never send us

  • Your Social Insurance Number (SIN)
  • CRA My Account or My Business Account usernames or passwords
  • Online banking usernames or passwords
  • QuickBooks or Xero passwords — invite us as your accountant instead

CRA access is set up through CRA's official representative authorization process. We never need your CRA login.

Accepted files

  • PDF, JPG, PNG, HEIC, WebP images
  • CSV, TXT, Excel (XLS, XLSX) and Word (DOC, DOCX)
  • Up to 20 MB per file

Programs, scripts and other file types are blocked.

Who can see your files

Only you (and anyone you've added to your business account) and authorized Averon staff. Files are kept in private storage, downloads use links that expire, and each upload, download and deletion is logged.

Document status

Each file shows a status in your client area: uploaded, reviewed or needs replacement (for example, a missing page). If we need a new copy, we'll say why.

Talk to a real bookkeeper today

Call or text 250-261-9879 — a Fraser Valley bookkeeper answers, and we reply within one business day.

We live, work, and serve clients on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the Stó:lō Nation — including the Semá:th, Matheqwí, Kwantlen, Katzie, Sumas, and Leq'á:mel Peoples — across what is now known as the Fraser Valley. We're grateful to do business on this land and committed to respectful, reciprocal relationships with the First Nations communities who have stewarded it since time immemorial.
