By accessing this website or engaging Averon Accounting for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Our services
Averon Accounting provides bookkeeping, payroll, GST/PST filing and related financial support for small businesses. The scope, fees and timelines of any engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or proposal. We do not provide audit, assurance or public accounting services, and we are not a substitute for a licensed professional accountant where one is legally required.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents. The accuracy of our work depends on the records you supply. You remain responsible for reviewing filings and reports before they are submitted.
Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted in your engagement. Invoices are due as stated on each invoice. Late or unpaid accounts may result in paused services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Averon Accounting is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
